Rick DeKam Commercial Bank of Hastings, and specifically Chelsey Foster, is a total superstar in my book. They're a small regional bank. Of course their website's not the same as the big banks'. What they have instead is proactive customer service. With PPP my banker reached out to me. My wife's business...? Still waiting to hear anything useful from her bank.
