They just installed new AC system and very happy with their work. Had a problem with our old units and they got someone out the same day. Very professional and answered any questions I had and the work was done in a timely manner!!!

The AC unit of our library went out and in the heat, students were frantic. They scheduled me an appointment and had me up and running in no time. It was quiet easy to schedule, staff was knowledgeable and explained the process. Technicians were thorough and did the job well and cleaned up afterwords. Gave advice as to how often duct cleaning and dryer cleaning need to be done.

Commercial And Industrial HVAC has been our go-to HVAC company for two years now. They have always done a good job for us. They installed a new air handler, then a couple of years later replaced our outdoor compressor unit, dividing the work to go easier on our budget.
