Dropped in on a Friday afternoon with my Western snow plow inoperable. The owner came out to take a look, realized that it needed to go in the shop, that was full, and almost immediately set me up with another plow so I could get on my way. Told me that it would not get in till Monday so keep the plow over the weekend and come in early next week. No questions asked, no paperwork required, just old fashioned great customer service and support! They have earned my business
Be very careful dealing with this company they are not as honest as they make out. They sold me a TGB ATV which they advertised as a ‘new’ machine with a 2 year warranty. When I went to pick it up I started to realize something was fishy when I asked about the break in period and they didn’t really give me a clear answer because unknown to me it was well past it’s break in period, next sign was there was no owners package (i.e. no owners manual), next sign was damage on the decals.
