I needed a nozzle for my grandma’s furnace, and Commercial Algoma Heating absolutely came through for me. I called first thing at 8:00 AM on Monday, and the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. She went out of her way to track down the last nozzle they had in stock, which happened to be on one of their technician’s trucks. Huge lifesaver. Called Jeff out of the blue for parts for my furnace. He gave me advice and info over the phone without spending a dime. He even offer a visit if I couldn’t get my furnace going. Ended up getting my furnace going with no parts purchased. Thank you for your advice Jeff. Good old fashion service can’t be beat.
The owner is unprofessional and rude, wanted a quote to have a basic furnace cleaning and couldn't even provide an idea. Claimed that our furnace was probably put in as a sketchy jo since i was not having the company that installed it having them service it. VERY please with the service Commercial / Algoma Heating provided when my furnace broke down. Professional and knowledgeable repairman. I would definitely get them to install a new furnace next year.
Problem was not rectified, on top left a mess. And complained about missing a hockey game Billed 2mths later for 300+ $. Called owner to discuss problem after receiving bill. Owner proceeded to lose his cool on the phone, to the point I literally had to hang up. Very unprofessional!!! Makes me sad for the Algoma District
