Absolutely horrible to work with. $8000 ice machine, 1 month old, they came out for warranty work. Said it was the $1000 control board… nope. Machine didn’t work. Came back out, accused us of “messing with the machine,” nope, we opened the front cover to see what error code was flashing… came back out, said it was a hot gas valve, didn’t pull the vacuum down properly before soldering a new valve on, contaminated the refrigerant, machine still not working. Owner has a Napoleon complex and clearly hates his life and job.
