Our company has been with commerce for years and about a year ago their service just died. All their service staff quit and since then horrible service. We’ve had long stretches we couldn’t access our account. We couldn’t wire out nor get our money transferred. Makes us wonder how solvent this bank is. Our debit card is usually declined just for the smallest of purchases but then recently they switched over software and all of a sudden we had multiple charges to a travel agency to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars. Terrible! My car loan was sold to these guys and by far the worst auto loan service co/bank I've dealt with. They don't report to your credit report so it makes refinancing (which I now want to do and get away from these people) difficult and the online access is garbage. My account reps is pretty much useless. Everything that I have usually had no issues with past auto loans from other companies, seems like a whole ordeal with these guys from enrolling I'm their asinine app to setting up auto pay seems like it takes so much... read more
