Professional staff and amazing service!
I used them for about two years. In the last nine months, the service has become so bad that I've given up, taken all my money out, and closed my accounts. They talk a big game, but just don't deliver on the customer service that they promise.

Our company has been with commerce for years and about a year ago their service just died. All their service staff quit and since then horrible service. We’ve had long stretches we couldn’t access our account. We couldn’t wire out nor get our money transferred. Makes us wonder how solvent this bank is. Our debit card is usually declined just for the smallest of purchases but then recently they switched over software and all of a sudden we had multiple charges to a travel agency to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars.
