Wasn’t sure about moving to the downtown area as we have lived in the River Oaks/Uptown area since moving to Houston (6 years). Commerce Tower is super nice and incredibly elegant. The staff are all very seasoned and professional. They are so good at their jobs and theirs information is always spot on. The tunnels are a really nice amenity and accesses so much of the downtown area. 👍 There is tunnel access here. 👍 There's a food court in the tunnel portion of this building. 👍 They had a really hot (male) security guard here. 🤜 There's housing in the upper levels of the building. I came here for a hook-up over a decade ago and can't judge the rest of the building based on his... umm. "performance" or decoration. 👎 In 2024, the homeless have become a problem within the tunnels. They hang out in the food court and stop people on their lunch breaks to ask for money.
