terrible service, unprotected units – I started using the storage here in April and found the service lacking from the beginning. It took a further turn for the worse when several units, including mine, were broken into. They have been apathetic and disinterested in helping their customers pursue the thieves. The manager was taking an extraordinary amount of time to view the video footage.
