I ordered a memorial piece for my family member and this company decided to cancel the day of the service saying it was too late to deliver for the service.. Mind you that this company had this order and it was known 2 days in advance when it was expected to be delivered but failed to let me know in time to choose another provider. This made me not be able to send flowers to the memorial which causes me great grief. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
Very friendly and helpful
Ordered flowers to be delivered to the church for a funeral. When I arrived at the funeral I noticed the flowers I ordered were not there but they had delivered the flowers another family member ordered. I tried to call many times with no answer. Drove by several times and seen closed sign on the door when they were supposed to have been open. Finally my husband went by and they were open. I had the opportunity to have a floral arrangement that I ordered through another vendor delivered by Commerce Street Florist. Unfortunately, I had an interaction with the owner of Commerce Street Florist, Molly, that was an opposite experience of other delivery experiences that I have had before. In her frustration with finding the delivery location, which she has delivered to before, she was very rude and told me that I can get someone else to "deliver the damn flowers."
