Today's experience was regrettable. Dr. Chapala's conduct during our 9-9:40am visit on 7/6/25 was unprofessional. Without a greeting or introduction, he told me to lay my child down and let them cry. He also minimized my child's feelings, saying they cried without reason. If you value compassionate care, Dr. Chapala might not be suitable. Conversely, the other staff were pleasant and provided excellent support.
