I go into a business for a haircut nearby, park in a public spot (across from the comic bookstore, road open during the event this week). there is no official telling me the road is going to be closed nor is any fencing in place. 30 minutes later you idiots close the road AND PUT A TENT OVER AND IN CONTACT WITH MY CAR.
