Worst bank to work with. Terrible customer service. Several of their departments won’t answer during business hours with no option to set up a call back. You’re just supposed to keep calling. Their employees will stand behind this and quite literally tell you “too bad”. If I did this, I’d be fired.
I’ve called 10 times in the last few years and have never been able to get someone.
