Poor customer service. This branch never returns calls. The call center was also ineffective at offering a solution. Branch Manager is not customer service oriented either and I felt insulted after my interaction with that person. We have banked with them for almost 20 years. My issue was resolved but the process made me unhappy nonetheless. Go somewhere else for your banking.
