I would give negative stars if I could. my boyfriend went to cash a insurance check issued by this bank but was told it wont be possible because their account is “negative” how could a known insurance companies account be negative? I called said insurance company and they assured me that their account is in fact not negative and aren’t understanding why there was a problem with cashing the check. he had EVERY form of identification and did everything asked of him and was even told by one of the tellers they would be able to ... read more
