I went to this Commerce on a Saturday at 11:20 to get a new debit card: two nights prior I had noticed x2 fraudulent charges on my bank statement and I called the 24h help line to have my current debit card canceled. When I arrived to the Commerce bank, the doors were locked and I couldn’t enter. Online, the hours of operation are 9-12:00, including the walk in hours. It is very frustrating when businesses close prior to their advertised hours of closing.
Stpped in to update a signature card on an existing account. 2 people working and they are unable to help us for 3 days! Must have an appointment due to understaffed location.
