Called to make a appointment with a Personal Banker for Saturday. After being greeted with a sigh, I was informed that there was only 3 of them and that they are very busy on Saturdays. Called the Webster Groves branch and made a appointment with no problem.
VERY SLOW!!!
Incredible service, commerce bank caught fraudulent charges on my debit card before they went through, saving me time and trouble.
This is the finest bank staff i have ever worked with! They go out of their way to help, from the tellers through the president's office!
