My 2017 Mercedes was towed by this company and sat in their lot Saturday and Sunday, upon inspecting the car after we got home Monday morning we discovered they stole a trunk liner. They charged us $511 to get our car back and ripped out the trunk liner! A picture is shown below, this car is almost brand new. BEWARE THEY ARE CORRUPT!!!
Guy at the window demanded my driver's license - afraid to show his face. Charges were excessive - no such thing as a "flat rate" as they advertise. Towing charge was over $200 for a trip less than 5 miles. AVOID THIS CORRUPT AND DECEITFUL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!
