San Antonio native that made a reservation, traveled to New Orleans and paid for a taxi only to find the experience very disappointing. Staff basically did not provide service. Had to ask for a straw from 3 different staff before finally receiving one. My wine order took longer than it should have - even the head waiter made a comment about it.
