We were there for a week in June with 26 family members. Very dissatisfied with the lack of concern to detail. The ice maker never worked, refrigerator did not freeze food nor made ice, dryer in out building did not close. The kitchen in the out house was less than desirable since noting was stocked. The vent over the gas stove didn’t work ( not up to code). I would hope that the owner would pay more attention to detai. The outside needed major repairs and paint. Way over priced!
We stayed with family and friends for one week in June 2023. The front entry door hardware is corroded and would not close/lock properly. This was fixed during our stay, however, the remaining doors should be serviced too. The refrigerator in kitchen was not working. Mgmt company provided a smaller appliance for our entire group to use. We were informed on first day not to adjust A/C below 70 degrees. They monitor this remotely and will call you if alarmed.
