Joe was really great at diagnosing the problem and replacing a very old pump in our basement. Thank you for the kind and professional services - Andrea Fishef
If i could give a 10/5 i would. Dan was super helpful. He couldn't make it to my residence same day due to an issue with his fleet being down a truck. He instead gave me a few things to try while he got someone to take care of me and low and behold i was able to fix it fairly simply with basic tools I had at the house - saved me the cost of the service and taught me something - in the future for any issues I have Dan will be my first call. Thanks Dan!
Our sump pump pipe was blocked by tree roots at least 30 yards away from the house. Dan and his team came to identify the issue and removed the block in pipe. The job was done within 90 minutes. Highly recommended.
Joe was exceptional, explained everything during the process and what would be/need to be done.
Dan is amazing! Is he the cheapest? Don’t know, don’t care. He gets it done right the first time. He even helped me fix a minor problem over the phone- he said I’d save a little money that way. Truly a person aware of the cost of living. This week my water heater went out on a Tuesday; he was there Wednesday and got everything working. I highly recommend Command Plumbing!
