RecommendedCommand Performance catered my daughter's wedding; my niece's baby shower; a retirement party; and two memorial parties over the time from 1997 to 2018! Exceptional food, exceptional staff, exceptions service, and they provide a beautiful presentation! I can't recommend them highly enough!

We had a wonderful experience with Command Performance Catering. They are the catering service used at our venue, Maravilla Gardens, and we can see why they choose to work with them. Robert was so friendly and easy to work with. They have a lot of options to choose from and we had a great time doing a tasting to come up with our menu. Everything was fresh and high quality. Our guests enjoyed and loved the food! Highly recommend this vendor :)
Command Performance makes our jobs more manageable because they are so reliable and are always on top of the clients needs. The overall experience is elevated and the guest have a much more enjoyable time. The Jalapeno Mac N Cheese is a must!! Great company! Great Food! Awesome Team!
Absolutely incredible food, service and bartenders! Our guests could not stop raving about the food and dessert! The service for the bride & groom is exceptional, there is a dedicated server to just the two of you, which makes the entire night incredible because they make sure you eat and drink! Command Performance catered our daughter's wedding at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley. The food was absolutely amazing, with guests constantly telling me how great the food was - one guest telling me it was by far the best wedding food they had ever had. They were great to work with, and Tina, in particular was always so very nice, understanding and patient as I must have changed the count on her 3-4 times the week leading up to the wedding.
