Disappointed with the lower reliability, We’ve bought two gates from Command gate, our first one was over 10 years ago and it was fantastic, only minor issues which were dealt with right away. We were so impressed with the quality we bought the exact same gate again when we bought a new property. Unfortunately for us we’ve had a lot of issues with this one, at least once a month the gate won’t close, or sometimes open. Great service these guys provide. They tried to help me troubleshoot my gate. However it was out of my realm of expertise. Had a technician come out and he was super meticulous and showed me proper maintenance. Super pleased and well priced.

Nick and his team have been awesome! After assessing a number of possible gate suppliers we determined that Command Gate met all of our requirements. They worked hard to build our gate and installed it on a very timely basis taking close care to meeting our wishes. Not only is the gate of very high quality but it has been incredibly trouble free for two and a half years now.
