We have had our gate for a few years now. Still looks and works great! Our neighbour even bought their opening system for his existing gate the following year. They were easy to work with from start to finish. A friendly company who cares about their product and customers. We spoke to them at the Calgary home and garden show this past weekend about a fob issue we had and the gentleman was super friendly. He also showed us some basic maintenance tips for our gate.
Great service fixing a minor electronics issue that another gate contractor suggested would be best fixed by replacing the whole system for $8-10k!! The Command Gate one has been operating reliably for nearly 10 years, apart from that one issue. Thanks very much
High quality and reliability with great service. We bought our gate over 12 years ago and never had any issues with it. Just last week I had an issue where the gate wouldn't close with the remote, but I could close it from the controller. I emailed the service team and I was very impressed that Kyle got back to me within an hour and on New Years Eve. I explained everything and he figured out the issue was the age of the battery. Easy to deal with, responsive and courteous. Even though my gate was installed 10 years ago, parts and service are still available. They helped me with the parts I needed plus gave me detailed printed installation instructions.
When looking for a gate I called every company I could find on a google search and command gate was one of the very few who responded quick and answered all my questions promptly. They had the best price and the nicest gate of the ones we were comparing.
