CDA command centers management lacks fundamental consideration for people and general managing principles in the way they treat their employees. I had a job lined out that the manager had planed with me a week in advance paying 11/hr, (I focused my schedule around this job), the manager sent me on a different job in the meantime for 8/hr, where I busted my butt and made them look good.
