I didn’t have any problems here until my baby’s 4 month check up. I had scheduled a “vaccine only appointment” with a different doctor than we normally saw. Because I simply had questions (as a first time mom) and wanted my baby to get fewer vaccines at a slower pace, than the CDC schedule recommends, Dr. Fletcher and nurses unfortunately treated me differently. Hello, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the receptionist, specifically Emily, during my recent visit. I came in to request my shot records and a few other forms, but was met with an unprofessional attitude. Emily rolled her eyes and sighed, asking "Ugh, what's the date of birth?" in a way that felt dismissive.
