Hello, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the receptionist, specifically Emily, during my recent visit. I came in to request my shot records and a few other forms, but was met with an unprofessional attitude. Emily rolled her eyes and sighed, asking "Ugh, what's the date of birth?" in a way that felt dismissive.
