Always have a pleasant encounter with everyone there. No issues with the new pair of glasses. Erin had them set up perfectly for me and they always follow up afterwards. If I had a concern, I trust that they would take care of it for me!
I was sorry to hear that you are not accepting new patients… Ever. Perhaps this defeats the purpose of an eye care centre and is especially disappointing since We are new in Collingwood. We live a short walk walking distance away but will drive to another location.
Such a professional place! Thank you Erin for your great customer service by helping me fit and adjust my favourite sunglasses!😎
Falsely advertises urgent eye care service. Don't rely on them to help if you need it
Had appointment for 11:00. Watched Dr T escort a patient out of his office at 11:04. Then he went back to his office and chatted with a coworker for 17 minutes. Would not recommend. Very impolite.
