very dismissive. called and called and didnt get a reply to my voicemails for a month. when they answered they gave me very poor information and could not schedule a meeting for another week. at that point i did not even need them as the TAL was faster....... i understand if they are understaffed, but there needs to be some sort of restructuring if it is this difficult to get in touch with anyone here.
