Second time ordering since they opened. First experience was great. Second not so much. I tried to call to let the manager know of our experience but no answer. So here you go. Sunday evening 4/7/24 around 5:30 PM. Chicken is not super crispy and seems a bit old. Also asked for gravy with our 8 pc family box but no luck. Hope they can turn it around! A circus 🎪 Bolinda Is a joke In the drive thru the workers are left short handed and the place Is constant choas and drama... The breakfast Is fresh If you like hot food and thats really all I have to say.
Stood at the counter for 5 minutes. My husband kept calling for the woman who was just looking out the drive thru window. There was no one in drive thru. She then started cleaning near where the chicken was. She never looked up even when my husband kept calling for her. An older woman came up from the back and saw us. I told her what I wanted and I told her I wanted to Bo size it. She asked if I wanted Botatoes? I said yes. She then takes my husband’s order. You sure could use onions, but everything else is beyond great.
Great store with friendly staff... the food was fresh overall, but the biscuits were amazing! They were fresh and tasty. The owners greeted us and gave us amazing service. I'm so glad that we stopped in on the way home from Young Harris College.
