Honestly, the change was needed. The office feels more stable, organized, and professional now. I appreciate Dr. Shah , Sunshine & Bianca they actually take the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understand my treatment.
I came to see Sonja Ellis for Invisalign treatment, and paid $2500 up front. From the beginning the retainers were not sitting on my teeth correctly which I informed her in person and over the phone, each appointment I reminded them the retainers did not fit down on my teeth. Instead of correcting the problem they kept pushing me to get a $399 cleaning, red flag number one. In February they charged my card for the remaining $2000. I love this place! I always have a panic attack when seeing the dentist and this place just creates a space where I don't even notice how long it takes to get my teeth cleaned. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone!!! 10 stars for sure!!!
