This is the most friendly dentist office that I have ever visited. Dr Ellis has the best personality and spends time explaining every little detail about your dental needs. AND Beau, her big beautiful lab, is the greatest at calming any anxiety that you might have about getting dental work.
From the moment Beau (the dog) greeted us at the door, I could tell that this experience was going to be different. Dr. Ellis and her staff were so kind and knowledgeable. This is the perfect place for anyone who has worries about visiting the dentist.
Friendly dentist and staff. My review stems from their lack of follow up regarding a billing question I had related to the cost/charges for a basic cleaning – more specifically, why co-worker of mine with the EXACT same insurance pays nothing additional out of pocket for a cleaning, while I was billed almost $200. It doesn't make sense and my legitimate inquiry was never addressed. If you like overpriced dental services w/ little to no explanation of the charges, then this may be the dentist for you.
