I really liked the new dentist (Dr. Shah) and was thrilled to see that both Bianca & Sunshine were still working at the office. I literally hate getting dental work done and am a little dramatic so seeing them put me at ease…Bianca because she knows my anxiety in the chair, and Sunshine is just my kind of girl and has always been super helpful with all my million insurance and billing questions, lol. Grateful that Dr. Shah kept them on staff!!
Honestly, the change was needed. The office feels more stable, organized, and professional now. I appreciate Dr. Shah , Sunshine & Bianca they actually take the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understand my treatment.
I came to see Sonja Ellis for Invisalign treatment, and paid $2500 up front. From the beginning the retainers were not sitting on my teeth correctly which I informed her in person and over the phone, each appointment I reminded them the retainers did not fit down on my teeth. Instead of correcting the problem they kept pushing me to get a $399 cleaning, red flag number one. In February they charged my card for the remaining $2000.
