This is the worst company ever seen. First of all, none of the agents overthere have any CIFFA and FIATA diploma, meaning they don't know what they are doing. None of them know what to do when we ask to have explaination on why the incoterm was not respected including the port of discharge. Was never able to say anything else on our shipment. Extremely poor service They only need is money STAY AWAY
Was very rough ride shipping LCL with this company, charges on top of charges. Ended up paying around $800 of destination fees only for 5 cbm of cargo. Ridiculous, no respect to the receiving party
