Listen, these guys went above and beyond for delivery. We purchased the couch before we even moved so we weren't sure it was going to fit. One of them figured out how to put the couch so it would fit perfectly. The reason for my 2 star rating, is the furniture is NOT high quality like they claim. Jakobe and Haywood were wonderful and delivered our couch quickly and efficiently! Getting the couch into our high-rise unit was a bit tricky and they made the delivery as smooth as possible. We love our new couch and would recommend given the positive experience!
