I had no heat and Mark came out to see what was going on. He immediately found the problem, fixed it, and explained the issue to me in a manner that I understood. I've used Comfy Kozy services for all of my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. They are fully trustworthy and knowledgeable. Also very professional! Very professional and nice person would highly recommend him to other people.
They said they would be here between 9 am and 11 am. Never received a call that they were going to be late and never showed in that time frame. Now they think they can charge me for never coming. I will not be using them ever again.
