All I wanted was for them to fix my furnace. If theres a bad part replace it. INSTEAD, I get offered various package deals starting at about $1500 for the "Plantnium deal" then $1200 for the Gold deal, about $900 for the Silver deal and $600. just to put a "Band-Aid" on it... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Totally ridiculous. I called this company becaus they are in my home town, North Versailles, I like to support the businesses in my area but I WILL NEVER CALL COMFY KOZY AGAIN. $1500 for the Platinum deal..
