Unprofessional and dishonest. I had a furnace installed by Comfy Air When I reached out to Rami the owner about a current issue where the system runs but doesn't heat and is flashing a red fault light, I was told he’s "no longer in the business" and then hung up on. Yet his Google business shows a new 5-star review from just 3 weeks ago. Clearly, not being truthful. If you’re considering hiring this company, think twice. When things go wrong, accountability disappears.

I am very satisfied with Comfy-Air. Rami's guidance and workmanship was exceptional. He understood the urgency of my request and was able to deliver on time. Highly recommended!
