Called comfy air to have my air conditioner repaired. Rami the owner had his guys break my furnance that was not broken and over charged me to fix it with my AC. Plus they charged me travel time 3 hrs to pick up the parts that was not needed. NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE!!!
Unprofessional and dishonest. I had a furnace installed by Comfy Air When I reached out to Rami the owner about a current issue where the system runs but doesn't heat and is flashing a red fault light, I was told he’s "no longer in the business" and then hung up on. Yet his Google business shows a new 5-star review from just 3 weeks ago. Clearly, not being truthful. If you’re considering hiring this company, think twice. When things go wrong, accountability disappears.
