Do not bring your loved ones here they are currently under investigation for medicaid fraud. They have stolen millions by providing false claims that were not rendered for money from the state. Company has bad ethics and in that would not care for people seeking care. My mom uses this agency and they have been so wonderful. Knowing that I have someone to care for her while I work has been such a huge relief! They helped us through the entire process. The staff really care about the families they provide services to and are always having community events to show their appreciation. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a home care agency.

My mother used Comfort Zone when she needed assistance due to mobility issues. For minimal care, such as needing someone to run errands, light cleaning, etc., I think this provider is good. BUT, when my mother had a stroke and her care became more intensive and challenging, this company wasn't equipped with the qualified staffing and policy support that my mother needed.
