Sharing a great local recommendation… If anyone needs HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services, I can’t say enough good things about ComfortShield. I would make this a negative number of stars if it was possible! Run, don't walk, away from this company. They are apparently not properly licensed (at least "Jesse" the tech wasn't- if that is really even his name) and did not provide service as agreed upon in the phone call with Richard Shields, owner. Response 2/5/26 pm: 1) Jessy Christopher Brown has an expired apprentice license. Period. No other licenses per and as required by the Construction Industries Board (publicly available information) and OK law 2) Not only did... read more

Update: After this review was posted, the company refunded $50 of the original charge. I appreciate the partial refund, but it does not change the overall outcome. I called this company because my furnace kept shutting off. The technician did not identify or fix the issue and suggested my nearly 13-year-old furnace would likely need replacement. Although it was temporarily running, it shut off again on the coldest night of the year (7° outside). Their website advertises a $99 diagnostic fee, but I was charged $148.99 for an ... read more
