Jesse had my appt schedule in less than an hour and came out to help me with my ac unit. He explained everything in detail in what was happening and was very friendly. Patrick, the owner, called me after the appointment to explain different avenues I could take in solving my issue and was very proactive in letting me know what to expect. Great company.

Great company! We had issues with our furnace after hours. Got to our house within 20 minutes. Had the issue fixed in 30 minutes. Thankful they could get everything resolved quickly and our family could be comfortable sleeping again. Thank you! We'll definitely be returning customers when you need you again!
Fast, friendly, same day service!!! They know their stuff! Got me up and running with in the hour! Customer service is A+ (thanks Shannon!) 😊 Will be using them again...hopefully not to soon though lol!!
Great communication, throughly explained the issue, and what the repair was. Showed up early and made the repair quickly. 100% recommend ComfortShield. Shannon is a great tech and has done two calls for me. I will be using them again!
