I paid in advance of a $125.00 Friday September 26th 2025 and still haven't received any service to repair my heating vents and now I'm going to file for a full refund today September 29th 2025 .

First week of June they installed a high efficiency heat and air unit , had nothing but issues and lies from them . When I tried to get there state number they gave me a number to a deceast person that heals a license . Come to find out there license was expired. Never pulled a permit the city had to get involved they came out and inspected and red tagged a unit that cost me 9000.00 and six thousand for install. Not properly installed has never worked right . The greatest experience with HVAC installation that could ever be achieved! They installed the entire new system while I was at the hospital caring for my wife! Veteran’s in our community are indeed blessed for Comfort Shield to work with TFCU Community Foundation seeing to the needs of Veterans in need
