I would make this a negative number of stars if it was possible! Run, don't walk, away from this company. They are apparently not properly licensed (and least "Jesse" the tech wasn't- if that is really even his name) and did not provide service as agreed upon in the phone call with Richard Shields, owner. Update: After this review was posted, the company refunded $50 of the original charge. I appreciate the partial refund, but it does not change the overall outcome. I called this company because my furnace kept shutting off. The technician did not identify or fix the issue and suggested my nearly 13-year-old furnace would likely need replacement. Although it was temporarily running, it shut off again on the coldest night of the year (7° outside). Their website advertises a $99 diagnostic fee, but I was charged $148.99 for an ... read more
I will not use or recommend this company. I called them because my furnace kept shutting off. The technician did not find or fix any problem, only stating that my nearly 13-year-old furnace would likely need replacement. Although he temporarily got it running, it shut off again on the coldest night of the year when it is 7° outside. Their website advertises a $99 diagnostic fee, but I was charged $148.99. Very happy to meet Jesse Brown and owner, Richard Shields. Jesse did a follow-up / second opinion for us. A large corporate commission-based local company tried to sell us so much more than we needed, it was absolutely ridiculous.
