Specialties Award winning estate winery, with a bed and breakfast located above the winery. History Established in 2010. Overlooking the Puget Sound, our family-run farm and winery on South Whidbey Island is a perfect place to stop and enjoy a taste of local wine. The first grape vines were planted on the estate in the late 1990s. Carl and Rita Comfort returned to the island and bought the 22-acre farm in 2006 and in 2010 converted an existing building into their winery and tasting room. HIGHLY recommend Comforts of Whidbey if you're looking for a place to stay or hosting a party. Lovely B & B too!! The rooms are so nicely appointed!! Rita, the owner, was so pleasant and easy to talk with.

We just had our wedding at Comforts of Whidbey. Everything exceeded our expectations. This is the most beautiful venue on Whidbey! The owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
