The worst company ever, they blame the clients when you complain regarding them and they blame the caregivers when the clients complain they play this game, and the scheduling coordinator have worst attitude specially roshan and leo, they will not even answer you thats the reason of my wife leaving the company. They tell you they will give you shift for 8 hours and they have enough shifts but you have to beg them for shifts and what they give is 3hours. I worked with this organization for two years and I must say I enjoyed a lot. I gained a lot of experience and knowledge. Because of this organization I am able to start my career in health care sector. Everyone in the organization was very helpful and if i ever have any questions they were always there to help me. Shan is very nice person even I left she still helped me. Thank you.

I want to leave a review based on my experience. During orientation, they mentioned that shift lengths would range from 3 to 12 hours. However, in almost 3 months of working here, I was only ever offered 3-hour shifts. This made it very difficult to earn a stable income. On top of that, they do not provide proper training or support for caregivers, which is concerning given the responsibilities involved in this role. I expected a more supportive and organized environment.

I am so thankful to this organization for the support they provide to my family. I have a young family member with a disability and having the comforts' team support has been so valuable. It's not only the work they do, it's the non-stop kindness, the caregivers we've had the pleasure to meet all really care about the well-being and success of my cousin. It's more than work, it's personal. And it shows. It's been a relief for the whole family to be able to lean on this organization.
