From the moment we began the admission process, Mindy set the tone for everything we hoped to find in a care facility for my mom. Moving my dad from the home he lived in for over 60 years was difficult. Mindy and the staff at Comforts of Home made his transition smooth and stress free. He is very happy living there, loves the food especially when Angie is cooking, and has even started working out twice a day in their exercise room. He is very comfortable and content in his new home.
The facility is so welcoming and home like. You feel it when you walk in. The activity gal Alyssa always has something going on. Its nice to see the residents that live there interact all the time. My uncle seems to really enjoy living there.
The team at Comforts of Home is truly amazing. I am so thankful for the care and support they provide for my grandfather on a daily basis. He was a little reluctant to move into assisted living, but after a recent health scare, 24/7 support is just what he needed. The family environment, and variety of activities offers peace of mind for me, while offering him the opportunity to socialize and truly enjoy life! Thank you Mindy, you’re truly one of a kind.
We recently moved my dad into COH after a fairly short time on the wait list. Mindy the manager could not have been more supportive, patient and helpful throughout the process, including holding his space while we completed the application process for a managed care organization. The staff have been proactive, friendly and highly service-oriented.
