This is a great company with excellent customer service. The Customer Service Manager, Deb, is a delight to work with and she went above and beyond to schedule our delivery when we needed it. She is doing a tremendous job! We will definitely recommend Comforts of Home & The Sofa Shop to our friends and family.
WE are very pleased with the customer service we had when ordering a sectional. Janet was great to start the process and Marie was fabulous in finishing the order. We would highly recommend this business and the lovely staff.
We happened along this store after going to about 5 stores previously looking for a headboard and side tables. Their main focus was sofas however had a catalog to review and could choose our own colors of wood. Fonda and her associate were very accommodating looking up prices which were reasonable for solid wood furniture. They have a holiday offer until Dec 4th which they are waiving taxes.
