Absolutely fantastic shop. Got burned badly at living spaces. The sofa I bought was so soft it gave me back pain and the carpet I bought had fibers that came loose and got all over my house. They did not let me return either and I was stuck with furniture that caused pain and was messy. Finally saved up enough asmoney and called vets move junk to remove. This is a great company with excellent customer service. The Customer Service Manager, Deb, is a delight to work with and she went above and beyond to schedule our delivery when we needed it. She is doing a tremendous job! We will definitely recommend Comforts of Home & The Sofa Shop to our friends and family.
WE are very pleased with the customer service we had when ordering a sectional. Janet was great to start the process and Marie was fabulous in finishing the order. We would highly recommend this business and the lovely staff.
