Had JR come out a few months back and take a look at my system to do an air balance and inspection. System has been running non-stop and some parts of the house were not being cooled/heated properly. Guy proceeded to then charge me a $282 service fee to close vents and tell me my system could not be balanced. THEN tries to sell me mini splits for the rooms that were getting hot/cold. Like really?
