Roderick Rayner, my new AC tech as long as he works as an AC tech and I have an AC unit. I have been having AC issues for a while. My bill was sky high duing the cold as I had to use space heaters, emergency heat and when summer came along opening windows and fans wasn't cutting it. I had a terrible experience with a previous AC techbeho pocketed a good $900 and even messed up some more of my unit. Very dishonest and bad attitude after asking why unit not working. Mr Rod was prompt efficient and on time I met him on Nextdoor website I reached out to him and told me what the problem was and now we’re waiting on the part to come in so he can resolve the problem on the matter be back for the end result
