Definitely a 5 star experience from start to finish. Emmanuel came out the day before installation of a new A\C and furnace. He was professional and explained everything in a manner I understood. He went above and beyond my expectations. After I decided to move forward, he said the installers would be at my house at 8am the next morning. I fully expected them to arrive late ( like most installations) But the the installers , Luke and Dan , were right on time. Both were professional and hard workers. Service Tech Ron F - Fantastic!! Showed up on time with shoe covers.- lol- very knowledgeable and efficient- I’ve known that I will need a new Water Heater soon - He didn’t pressure me but educated me- quoted me a price and gave me information on ways to save money with a Service Membership- I have myself a new and honest AC & Heating Co.

The installers for my new furnace gave me a great price and showed up the next day. They removed the old furnace and installed the new one pretty quickly too given the slightly abnormal situation of my utilities closet. I was even impressed with how careful they were not to bang any walls while hauling out the old furnace. I should also mention I was even shown upfront that my old furnace was cracked, so I didnt feel like I was being pushed into anything.
