Working with ComfortMax to update our HVAC system to a heatpump model was a great experience! They answered all of our questions and informed us about all available incentives. After assisting us in picking the system that best meets our needs, installation was a prompt and smooth process. We now have a new heatpump HVAC system that has increased our energy efficiency, as well as the level of comfort in our home.
Mostly, we were very satisfied with the service; especially Arthur, our salesperson, who made a special effort to keep us posted and came to our home to show us how to use the sysem as we were away during the install. He also uncovered a gap that was preventing heat to reach a room on the 2nd floor of our home. I replaced my propane burner with a heat pump. I obtained several estimates but Comfortmax was among the most complete and inexpensive. I was not disappointed. The work was completed quickly. The team was friendly and cleaned up area like they were never there. I also like that they are a diamond-level provider of Mitsubishi units providing a 12 year parts and labor warranty.
I had a great experience through the entire process of getting my new heat pump system installed.
