Overall, we had a great experience with ComfortMax installing a new heat pump/mini-split heating system and solar panels. The sales process was great with everyone answering our questions quickly and clearly. We had some miscommunication about financing and what elements of the project could be covered through the Mass Save program, which would be my only complaint. My experience with Comfortmax has been amazing. They installed 5 Mitsubishi minisplits and one heat pump water heater into my house in Wellfleet MA and two outdoor units when my boiler died during the coldest weeks of the year. They were very responsive in answering all my questions shortly after my oil fired heating system died. On scoping out the project, they worked closely with me to select the equipment and size. Excellent work and customer service!
Amazing service and great work! I had a full home heat pump conversion. They handled removal of the old oil system, installation of the pumps, and replacement of the water heater. Work was great and they made sure to keep the heat on while working through the winter. Could not have asked for better!
ComfortMax did a quality job estimating a new HVAC + HeatPump solution for my home, and was very flexible in the installation process as the home renovations were occurring. The new system works great!
