Darren and Kyle are amazing! Both were super knowledgeable and able to fix issues with my dryer vent and air conditioning that several other companies had no idea what to do with. They absolutely saved me by not giving up when the issues were complicated and being transparent with me the entire process so I knew what was happening and what to expect. I highly recommend them and won’t waste my time calling anyone else if I ever have dryer or A/C issues again!
Excellent service and outstanding after-sales support. I had my furnace installed by ComfortKnox, and whenever I’ve had an issue, I’ve simply given them a call. They have always responded very quickly—usually showing up within an hour—and often fixed the problem at no charge. Their after-sales service is truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

My in-laws' Carrier AC condenser stopped working due to a high-pressure error. I called several companies, but only Darren at ComfortKnox took the time to clearly explain his diagnostic and quotation process. Because the root cause wasn't immediately clear-cut, Darren was incredibly respectful of the fact that I was coordinating this for my senior in-laws.
