I have nothing but great things to say about Darren and the remarkable service that he provided while servicing our furnace and gas fireplace. He is incredibly responsive, completes high quality work, and prioritizes customer service/relationships. Highly recommend!

Darren is amazing! When my boiler heater suddenly stopped working, I called several companies to figure out what I was dealing with. One company had me do a quick test and immediately claimed my entire boiler needed to be replaced—without even inspecting it in person. If you want someone who's reliable, on time, efficient and knows what he's talking about, then call Darren! He went out of his way, on a Sunday (his day off) to come and help me with my plumbing. I've been out of a kitchen for the last 5 months and had to deal with sooo many so-called experts who only ended up f*cking up my plumbing even more. A weekend ago during a family wedding around 11am, my hot water water tank blew and was panicking and remembered hearing about comfort knock, phoned them and he was her by 1pm and we had a new installed and hot water around 5m, the house full of guest were able to shower before the wedding reception, we all thank Darren for his professionalism and saving the day
