Darren replaced a very old furnace. He was very informative about what was required to do the replacement and the challenges he encountered along the way. He stuck to his quote despite it being a difficult install. Recommended. Thanks Darren!
I cannot recommend this company enough. Darren went above and beyond. My furnace stopped working while my husband and son were out of town. It was long weekend, my daughter was sick, and my landlord just told me that we would have to wait two days to have it resolved. ComfortKnox was the third company I called and Darren put me at ease right away. He has a passion for what he does, and is extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, and had the issue fixed that night! Real life hero in my books!
