My in-laws' Carrier AC condenser stopped working due to a high-pressure error. I called several companies, but only Darren at ComfortKnox took the time to clearly explain his diagnostic and quotation process. Because the root cause wasn't immediately clear-cut, Darren was incredibly respectful of the fact that I was coordinating this for my senior in-laws. Darren and his team installed a heat pump at my in-laws' home and did an excellent job. Darren was prompt, informed, and efficient, providing clear, cost-conscious pricing. He worked around our limited space and tight schedule, even putting us in touch with skilled tradespeople for other jobs. The heat pump was beautifully installed and operates seamlessly. We're so glad we found his company — we feel completely comfortable leaving future work in their hands.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Darren went above and beyond. My furnace stopped working while my husband and son were out of town. It was long weekend, my daughter was sick, and my landlord just told me that we would have to wait two days to have it resolved. ComfortKnox was the third company I called and Darren put me at ease right away. He has a passion for what he does, and is extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, and had the issue fixed that night! Real life hero in my books!
