Poor communication skills from office to care personnel. Scheduling is atrocious. Caregivers are scheduled then taken and my family member is left with no one & her scheduled hours aren’t even being fulfilled…Some caregivers are not even trained & arrive with a “manual” & consistently the office offers excuses or claim no one is available. Would not recommend to others.
Zero disregard for clients well-being. All about the money, crooked and confusing practices when it comes to care providers when it comes to pay when it comes to best practices and policies. Went beyond financial elder abuse to downright lying to clients and lying to me as a care provider.
I worked as caregiver here and loved it. Loved my clients & the environment & the people around. Didn't want to leave but had no choice, I was wrongfully terminated, even though that happened I come back if asked. I miss the people I was around
