Update: I had another AC unit stop working and Scott was very helpful in making sure my home warranty company replaced my unit correctly. This company keeps impressing me, and I still think they set the standard for AC repair in Houston. They have now come out to my house again for service. They always arrive on time and work quickly. I received excellent customer service from both the owner and the office assistant. Scott was very knowledgeable and professional when it came to diagnosing and fixing my heater. I called him for a second opinion after getting a high repair quote from another company. Scott quickly found the problem and repaired my heater for much less than what I was first told. They have definitely earned my trust, and I will be a customer for life!

I contacted ComfortFlow Heating & Air Conditioning in Houston to look at my old furnace, which needed replacing. Jay came out the same day to check everything and explain the process clearly. I decided on a new high-efficiency furnace with a smart thermostat. The price was much better than other companies I checked, and the work was done exactly as promised. The whole team did a fantastic job, and I'm very happy with how everything turned out. Absolutely a great experience.

Best experience ever! ComfortFlow Heating & Air Conditioning did an amazing job fixing our AC in Houston. Bryan came out to help us when our old unit stopped cooling properly.
