We at Congregation Ohav Shalom have had only positive experiences with Comfortex. Many years ago we purchased shades for all the classrooms of our nursery school and then recently shades for our social hall. The products are of high quality, function properly and look good on the windows. Vanessa was great to work with, knowing her product and helping us choose the right shade for the social hall. We have the highest praise for her, the installer and for Comfortex.
More than 15 years ago, we installed 17 double cellular shades, our whole house. We have been very happy with them.Over the years, after daily use, we have had to repair two of the cord mechanisms. Recently, two of the shades developed failures in the seams. I took them to the Comfortex retail store in Cohoes, NY to ask about repair. We had excellent experience with Comfortex…lots of good advice, attention to detail, and very helpful with the ordering process. The products were high quality and definitely met our expectations. The installer they use (Jim/1st Call Maintenance) was highly skilled, personable, and did a fabulous job with the installation. Highly recommend!
