2hours after scheduled appointment to install our blinds the installer messages and says the client before is is taking longer and rescheduled us another week out. Not our fault that your other customer is difficult and is like an hour to install why do we have to wait another week? You bumped us but you can't bump any other appointments to for ours in sooner? If I could give “0” stars, I would! Order was changed without my permission! WARNING…check your orders closely…I relied on their expertise, I didn’t catch their mistake and instead of owning up to their mistake, they are putting half the blame on me! On a $4,000 order they Informed me I had to reorder to correct their mistake at a 50% discount! I don’t think so…
