The reason I keep coming back to comfortel is the wonderful service provided by Kara (and the beautiful products) but I mean let’s face it online you can get a lot of beautiful stuff but what you can’t get is a personalised service like what Kara provides from comfortel. A disappointing experience, I purchased my salon chairs from comfortel roughly 6 years ago and although the experience at the time was amazing, it’s disappointing that six years on I still need to purchase parts. The Chloe Tan Styling chairs are unable to be pulled apart when replacing the gas lift which we have replaced multiple times over the years. When purchasing from Comfortel, they offer you two year warranty. With one year Complimentary service if any parts are faulty, I’m not sure if it’s because we are too far away ... read more
Kara has been fantastic to deal with. Great company with prompt and professional service
Shayla from the Brisbane showroom has gone above and beyond to help me. I was so skeptical of how helpful she was I was sure there had to be a catch! I asked so many questions in different ways to try and figure out what I was missing, absolutely nothing! Shayla was patient with me and her customer service was second to none. Setting up my first salon has been made a less stressful process, I will recommend Comfortel and Shayla to everyone. I can't wait to receive the furniture!
