Tom drove out of his work area to come assist us with HVAC issues we were having in our new build. He quickly identified the problem, and let us know that he needed to order parts that were going to be about $2,000, and would be back. He called the next day to let us know that he came up with an easy solution and only had to charge us a trip fee!! His service and dedication to charging the client fairly shows that he is one of the good home contractors out there!
